Loved the bed linens and how it was set up (pillows).

This hotel met most of our expectations. The location was very close to the major highway. The room was very well laid out and the furnishings were modern.

The room was full of black mold. The hotel staff would not believe that the wake up call did not work 2 times out of three.

Overall, great hotel. Very good staff and good beds.

Horrible, called to let front desk know the AC wasn't working, the lady at the front desk said she would call me back. Twenty minutes later, I called again. 15 minutes later a repair man arrived, he worked on it for about 30 minutes, after his repairs he said it should soon blow cold. An hour later, I called again. And nothing. After walking to get the manager, he acted as if I made the entire thing up. Upon his inspection, he agreed. I asked for another room, he said they were full, he offered broken fans to cool us. Later, I called asking for a sister property to move us to, he declined. This time I was put on the 6th floor due to the floors 8 & 9 being refurbished. And the next day when we went to take a shower we discovered no cold water. We only had the enough time to get ready quickly to go to a fencing tournament.
